Waterproofing SolutionsPrimers
Waterproofing primers are utilised to ensure that the substrate is fully sealed and prepared to receive a coating of a waterproofing membrane. They are an integral component of the adhesion of the waterproofing system.
Primers you can rely on
It provides for sublime adhesion between the membrane and the substrate. In addition, waterproofing primers act as an excellent barrier between the current substrate and the waterproofing membrane. They are generally used on porous materials and tend to make a surface more solid and adept at accepting a waterproofing membrane.
It is important to use the appropriate primer that is designed for the material in order to ensure sufficient bonding to these substrates. Failure to do so can result in the de-bonding of the coverings.
